4:45 a.m. - 30 minutes on the recumbent bike. 10 miles.
1:30 p.m.- 30 minute work out on my lunch break. A bit of legs and abs.
Today was quite pathetic in the gym. We took our son roller skating Saturday. Long story short; He fell, my wheel wrapped around his pants and I went airborne like a cartoon character.
I am sore all over. My right arm and my lower back/tailbone is bruised. Needless to say this had a negative impact on my training today.
Today's eats were great. I am in the process of breaking myself from snacking. I believe this is a natural result from having kids. You eat while you can. You eat to survive. Matters not that it's 3 goldfish in the bottom of my purse.
*Note to self- must buy new scale as the one we currently have is positively out of calibration.* I'm about 6.5lbs heavier than I was a few weeks ago. Damn scale!
