Thursday was a day of rest for me. I tend to push myself, wear down, get sick, and not be able to train. This is a cycle that I have decided to prevent since I had a 12 week fight with strep throat the last few months of 2011. So Thursday was a rest day.
No a.m. cardio, no gym.
The scale is moving in the right direction.
4:45a.m.- 40 minutes on the recumbent bike.
Gym at lunch.
I have a race in two weeks so I will be putting miles in this weekend on the pavement.
